A disaster...

This app is a total disaster and should not be used for professional use eg. business. They try to fix bugs and new appears, it's at time totally unusable and frustrating slow at showing messages. The AI is more a gimmick and not very usable. Lot's of features are missing such as creating groups when sending messages to several persons. Impossible to contact support. Not recommended.

Canary offers all the functions that…

Canary offers all the functions that I'm looking for in terms of email management. My email management need is from a blend of professional full-time work, part-time advising/freelance work, and personal life. It helps me organize all my emails coming from multiple accounts well and keep me stay on top of my communication facing various shareholders. The platform is extremely intuitive to use and syncs fast across multiple devices. Its beautiful and native to Apple UI also suits my need of looking for a platform that is aesthically pleasing.

The AI is phenomenal

The AI is phenomenal! I love that Canary can help me triage my inbox, write positive and/or negative responses and even summarize my emails.I was using SuperHuman and, after a short learning curve, it was awesome! And then.... I found Canary. It does almost everything SH does but also does it on my iPhone and Boox Tab Ultra C so I'm always up to date no matter what I'm using.

The ability to have multiple accounts…

The ability to have multiple accounts listed under one user account, and to have all settings preferences synced between devices upon login. Integrates seamlessly with email providers. Easy to setup, albeit a non-issue for me. The dev team is very open to feedback and implements changes/bug fixes promptly. Been an avid user for years, and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.

Nice UI, useful features, no bug (until now)

I bought an email client in 2014... And I used it until last year because of obsolescence ... Since then I cannot find any good replacement solution... until i discover this APP. I tested it during 10 days... Wonderful. So i bought directly the lifetime version. Thank you for the good job. All features are working perfectly. All platforms synch perfectly (iOS, Android and Win11)... Please continue the good job.

Accidentally double purchase not refunded

I accidentally bought two lifetime licenses over the Apple AppStore (one for ios only) and one for all platforms including ios.

I explained them the mistake but they won’t refund. They say I should turn to Apple. Apple has never refused a refund based on an obvious mistake unless the developer’s policy tells them to.

These people are greedy. They have 170 euro of my money. But I will uninstall both apps and never use them again.

Stay away from these people and this app!!!

The Windows version is very buggy

The Windows version is very buggy. Attachments get corrupted, email content and headings are getting mixed up. In the current state I would definitely not recommend using Canary as your mail client.

The Android version also corrupting attachments

Software literally doesn’t work

Software literally doesn’t work. Support team is tragic.

Cursor keeps automatically repositioning itself on Mac. Support team takes weeks to respond. Issue persists even after I try all their troubleshooting steps. And they won’t refund me.

Not recommended email client.

Not recommended email client.
Very buggy on both Windows and iOS app.

Each time there are new bugs that affect your workflow.
If you are looking for a stable email client, look elsewhere.

Pricing is not worth the feature and stability it provides.

I tried the Canary Mail software

I tried the Canary Mail software; and decided to wait a while by first see and try other alternatives.

So I removed the Canary Software including a deepcleaning for all the traces left behind by this soft ware.

The problem what now shows up is in all my GMail letters, that under each outgoing email the text ""Sent with Canary"" shows up. Removing the text from a letter is not possible; but even in the Google sitting I was not able stop this intruding action of Canary.

At least I am sure now, Canary Mail Software is doing things with my computers what I absolutely not want; and also whatever happens NO CANARY SOFTWARE anymore for me. They are steeling my time by spoiling my emails.

CANARY MAIL is slow and sluggish

CANARY MAIL is slow and sluggish

I had to uninstall this from my Windows 11 PC as it was so slow. Not sure how much memory it was using but it did slow dowm my PC.

I have gone back to MAIL BIRD as I was not able to wait till Canary mail displayed my emails.

The experience was not positive.
