Reply from Canary Shuttle

Hello Mattia,

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We would like to mention that our Shuttle service, being a shared service, involves a slightly longer waiting time to group all passengers together.

So that you don't have to wait, we recommend our Private or Premier services for your next trip, as neither of these services involves any waiting time.

We would still like to review the case; please send the details to reclamaciones.canarias@alsa.es.

Thank you very much
