Applied. Got told we had been accepted and to go to nearest trade centre to choose a car.

Arrived next day to be told the cancan rep wasn’t in branch even though we had an appointment.

Chose the car we wanted and we filled lots of forms to be told we hadn’t been accepted for the amount we had been told and with an interest rate of 33.9%

Absolute jokers.

Waste of a day and fuel.

All these positive reviews about this company waffle on about the wonderfully exquisite experience they received but no one mentions actually driving away in their new car ?

Apart from the 1 yes 1 Mercedes A180 my mistake. But I’ll beg to differ.

You are lead down the garden path, told you can get finance and you could drive a car away that day, when in reality its just a soft search you drive to one of their approved outlets pick a car and have to sit for hours filling out forms, only to be told that the finance will be a next day decision, then told you have finance then drive down again and then find out its not really a yes but further questions and then get declined. Utter complete waste of time.

They pressured me to make an appointment within the same day. The agent even congratulated me on being approved for finance.

I went to my appointment, chose my car, paid £1000 deposit only to be declined finance.

Overall an incredibly humiliating and exploitative experience. These people are soulless, heartless scum and should be avoided at all costs.

My application was processed late on a Saturday however they completed my application even though it was beyond their office closing time.

I went on car website had a man from can can ring me said I'd go look when ready to buy a car then within 4hrs I'd had 4 more calls from them at can can so ending up blocking number won't be going to them for my finance waste off time.

I have been approved. Booked me in to the showroom to find out I ain’t been approved. Had to go through the whole application process to be declined AVOID these it’s a massive LIE

Awful. Lied over the phone claiming I had an offer for car finance and all pressured me to go to the showroom. Once I arrived they said I should never have been told to come due to how long I’ve had my provisional licence, which the representative knew. Waste of time and fuel getting there.
