Bad customer service
Terrible customer service experience. They were degrading and talked down to me when I was trying to get a problem resolved. There was no follow up, and no compromise made by the company.

Good, but missing payment information
When we bought the tour we thought all expenses were included, turns out we needed $10 each for taxes which we were not previously informed. We didn't take much cash or any credit cards because we were afraid to loose it during the trip, so when paying the taxes we were left without any cash. Then, when the tour ended, the guide demanded tip, which we couldn't give because we were out of cash. He got mad at us and started talking ill about us. We were very dissapointed on the tour because of this.

Best part of our trip
We went to Xplore and the bus was prompt, clean and the guides were fluent in Spanish and English. Even though it was late, the ride home was pleasant. They turned down the lights.

Best time when parasailing in Cancun!
Me and my brother were looking forward to a great parasail experience with these guys. Everything was smooth, we first contacted with Javier who was kind enough to ask all our questions & doubts. To parasail in cancun is one of the best things in our vacation, they even provided free transportation from our hotel which was like 2km up north. Equipment was good and we felt very safe, we definitely recommend to all
