C&C surveying give a detailed and in depth 120 page survey report. Well worth the money

Dealing with C&C Suveying was very smooth, efficient and professional from the outset. Dealing with the admin team (TINA WALL), she took time to explain the survey to me in detail. She was very professional with knowledge and very prompt in getting back to me with answers. Everything was completed on time, with great courtesy and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend C&C Surveying.

Great company, easy to deal with from start to finish. Got our survey booked in carried out on the day it was booked and was updated along the way. Once survey was complete received detailed report and any issues or questions we had we had a chance to speak with our surveyor Erdogan who was prompt in replying and spoke on the phone. Thorough report for a Level 2 survey. Was pleased with the results and at least 50% cheaper than other surveyors I got quoted from.

I had a chance to use the C&C Surveying a few months ago to survey an old property in need for major renovation and was very happy with the results I received.

I received a very comprehensive and detailed survey report and could clarify in subsequent exchange with the very professional surveyor Erdogan lot of points which helped to decide on some critical repairs of the property.

I would say you get a lot more value out of such a survey if you are specific in what you are looking for and point to the areas of concern to be investigated.

This was very a very difficult experience.
I had a very polite and responsive sales person- Malachi, but once I paid I was on my own. Here is what I mean:
- Survey booked for 18/08, no confirmation or any feedback by 25/08 when I finally chased them. Was told I'd get it by the end of the day
- another chaser on 29/08, was told it was sent to me already. I couldn't find it so I asked Malachi, to forward it to me. His answer was "I don't issue reports, my team told me it was sent to you". Basically he didn't care I was telling him that I didn't have the report, and attaching and sending a file and was too much trouble obviously
- finally I was sent proof of the email sent- they were sending it to the wrong email address, using A instead of E in one place. No apology
- Finally I had the report. The main issue was that it had multiple photos at the end of each section and for a non-building professional like me it was difficult to understand which photo referred to each issue mentioned. I asked them to add descriptions to the photos, they did for about a third of the photos which helped but just a bit
- The report is advertised as RICS report and at the end there is a place for Surveyor Name and Rics number. The name was blank but instead it had two rics numbers. Neither of them was found in the rics database. I asked twice why those numbers are not listed and what's the name of the surveyor but both times that particular question was ignored. So I still don't know whether a rics certified professional played any role in preparing my report.

I'll obviously stay clear of the company going forward, my advise is to save yourself time and energy and choose a different company for your survey.

I also like to thank Erdogan Tozanoglu for the amazing report. I decided not to buy the property due to many repairs needed and did not get a reduced offer. I will keep searching for a home, if any interests me, definitely using this company.
