We bought our first smart home products from Candeo a while back, and I’ve got to say they are great!
We contacted their support team for a bit of help, and they were brilliant. It turned out, the issue we had was user error (oops) – and after they’d helped, everything was perfect.

Bought a push switch to replace our old white plastic one and I’m really pleased with it. It looks much nicer and feels like good quality. Also arrived within just a few days of ordering.
It was easy enough to fit and the instructions were straightforward to follow. Overall, very happy with it. It looks more expensive than it actually is and was well worth the price.

I have been slowly upgrading my new home to be fully smart! Having used many budget type switches and getting frustrated by dropouts, dead switches, and mostly flickering LED lights I finally found Candeo - on purchasing a single smart dimmer for my 9 LED down lights it was so easy to install and effortless to setup with SmartLife > Alexa! It give me full Smart functionality, 100% dimable range with KSI LED’s and drivers! Without any flickering!! I was so impressed I thanked the company who came back to me very quickly with some further advice I requested and support related to other items I wanted to upgrade!! I am now planning to replace all smart connections in my home with this brand!!
