This company did an absolutely excellent job for us, we really couldn’t have asked for more from Naz and his team. Naz, was so professional and transparent from the initial telephone conversation to the actual move months later. Their quote was the most competitive by far, and I’m so glad I chose them out of a possible three, as I really do not think that the most expensive could have offered more. On the day of the move everything was very well executed, they were punctual and got to work straightaway. They packed and wrapped all of our belongings like experts so carefully and neatly, which was a relief!. To see them in action was very impressive. Our move was quite a big one, from Yorkshire to Staffordshire and they really took the stress out of the process. When there were hiccups my end with completion time scales which continued on throughout the moving day, Naz was helpful and patient. I’m not easily pleased, but this company did a sterling job and quite honestly I doubt very much all things considered that you will find better. Where ever we move to in the country I will always contact them as my first port of call, they are worth paying extra for. Do not hesitate to book C&G, they excelled themselves and really are the best removals we have ever had.

I used C&G for a house swap and I couldn’t find any fault with anything his team is extremely polite and efficient and they take every care with everything from door covers to floor mats not a detail was missed. I will be recommending them to anybody who need to move house in the future and I would never use another company again. Moving was made easy Thanks Naz.

The guys were absolutely amazing and genuinely cared about our possessions. There van was absolutely spotless and everything was packed with care, it didn’t matter what the item was they treated it like it was the most fragile item you had come across. We used them for a house move, transportation of a new kitchen units and a recent purchase of a table. They were incredibly careful with the items and in our home. He managed to fit us in last minute and on a Saturday too. They were professional, trust worthy, and open. They gave us advice on how to pack our things before the move and they then unloaded the van brilliantly and put things in the correct room to make it easier to unpack. Thank you Naz and team! Having searched locally and nationally to meet our storage needs I contacted C&G Removals and I was truly amazed with their service from start to finish! From the point of making contact I got a prompt reply and provided photos of items that needed to be stored and then got a fantastic and highly competitive quote. Without any hesitation we went with them. On the day of removal I was contacted in the morning and told by Naz the schedule for the day and estimated time of arrival, then an hour before I was told they were on their way do we were ready for them. Naz and his team were professional and treated each item with care. This is what you want to see when expensive items are being put into storage. Once all the renovation work was completed I made contact with Laura and Naz was able to come back to me with potential dates. Again the service was first class - clear communication, being kept up to date with timings and items moved to rooms that were needed. Naz and his team even put up a very heavy mirror for us too which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend that if you have any removals or storage needs this is the company to use. C&G Removals moved our family before Christmas and what a great experience it was.

We opted for the optional packing service which was a great choice as it took a lot of the hassle out of the move and everything arrived in perfect condition at the other end.

Naz and his team arrived early and we left the professionals to it and went out for the day.

The team were all very polite and professional with uniform and good quality C&G branded packing materials too (The door covers and floor protection looked after both our old property and new).

It was great at the start and the end of the move when Naz introduced his whole team to us so that we knew who would be looking after our possessions.

We used C and G for our removal into storage in June 2021 then 5 months later out of store and into our new home. We have been absolutely delighted with the process throughout. We used C&G removals to relocate from Warwick to Sheffield to pack our stuff ( loads of it!) and move it. Right from the start, Naz was ‘on the case’, guiding us through what we needed to do (not much, other than declutter) by doing a Zoom video inspection of the house, planning what would be needed in the way of packing materials and transport, and keeping us informed of date availability etc. Our house sale and possible moving date, as for a lot of people, was an ‘on/off’ situation which made it difficult for C&G to plan, but Naz seemed to take all the frequent changes of date in his stride, came up with solutions, and always kept his sense of humour which was invaluable to us.
The packing service was excellent, done with care (not one single breakage!) and with thought about what was going to go where in the new house. On the move day (when it eventually arrived!) we were impressed by the attention to not causing any damage during removal - providing door sleeves, protecting carpets, and wrapping any sensitive furniture. The boxes were also placed in the appropriate rooms, leaving space for us to be able to move round them and unpack easily (no need to climb over anything). It made it very easy for us, and Naz kept us laughing until the end!

I cannot recommend C&G removals enough for how much they helped us through our house move process.
From the initial quotation stage where they came to the property on time as promised and did a full hour plus long review of everything we had. The worked out how much stuff we had, the more challenging items to move, the furniture that required dismantling and reassembly, the access to the building, the time and number of people needed and the amount of boxes and packaging material we may need. It was meticulous and thoroughly professional. We kept in touch throughout our long sale and purchase process of the property and at no time did the team at C&G made us feel as if we were taking too much of their time. There was excellent level of friendly and professional communication between us and the quotation we received was fair and very accurate explaining everything they covered in the job.
Prior to the job, they dropped off the packaging material and also some great tips on how to maximise packing to ensure safe and secure transport of our goods.
On the day, they were at our door step exactly on time. We had done diligently our part in the packaging and planning as C&G suggested so it made the process easy. Picture this, it’s moving day and it’s suppose to be stressful…and what was my wife and I doing? Sitting and having a cuppa, while the C&G team expertly and securely moved everything out. They had a padded cover for our front door to protect any damage to it or items as they came out, sofa covers, shrink wrap, TV covers…you name it they had it covered. It felt very odd to be this free and relaxed and watching your possessions just get filled into vans like Tetris. Our 3 bedroom town house was done in a few hours and off to the new property.
Even in the unload process, the team went over and above the few complications and delays that come in completion. All the furniture was re-assembled, boxes in the right rooms and furniture placed as we wanted.
How did we not ever use removals before?! And I think we had our first experience with the best in the business!
