Can't recomend Candice enough!

Had a great experience with Candice! I had previously been training in the gym with little results.

Through the online program Candice changed my nutrition and introduced more strength training to my workouts and I noticed such a difference in the 12 week programme! (even on my C-Section belly!) I am 7kgs down and in a new dress size. Loved the training plan but most of all it was gaining a better understanding in now to keep up with weight loss going forward. The online program made me feel so much more confident in the gym, knowing what machines and weights to use.

She was always at hand to answer questions and for motivation!
She even helped me achieve my goal of running a triathlon at the end of the 12 weeks with a tailored work out plan to suit.

The best!

I spent approx 3 months with Candice as my PT and online coach. I had the best guidance and support. The in-person sessions were fab, really hard working and loads of fun with other women, we have a great laugh! I lost approx a stone in this 3 months and my body shape completely changed 🥰 I feel much happier, stronger and more confident and I’m so happy and grateful for Candice’s support! Highly recommend xx

Candice

Candice has been amazing throughout my fitness journey.
I started on a 3 month PT plan at the start of the year.
Candice has motivated me to become a regular gym user. I felt intimidated at the gym and had lost all self confidence.
I now train independently and confidently with the ongoing support I had throughout my plan.
Candice supported with food plans, nutrition advise as well as personalised fitness plans.
I have lost inches, gained muscle mass and feel that I am in much better shape than I was ten years ago!
I loved my three month plan and would recommend Candice to everyone regardless of ability.
I enjoyed working with Candice so much that I join Candice's group sessions when I can.

Very happy with my coaching with Candice

Very happy with what I have received from working with Candice. She’s offered great advice, I have had great results from the training sessions and nutritional advice I have been following, and the app has been super helpful too, giving me more confidence training alone.

Candice is a fantastic personal…

Candice is a fantastic personal trainer. I have been going to the gym for many years now and I have to say since starting with Candice I have made better progress with her and within a smaller amount of time. I began with Candice as she is pre and post natal qualified and it is the best decision I have ever made. Prior to starting I was sceptical of training whilst pregnant but Candice plans and supports your workouts with so much attention to detail that it really does cater to all your needs. My strength is improving each week, and I can feel my body getting stronger, especially my back which I have struggled with since giving birth. I have been attending the small group sessions for over a month now, and the level of support and guidance you receive is that of a one-to-one session. Candice is encouraging, motivating and dedicated to helping me reach my goals.

I been with Candice for months

I been with Candice for months, and I have seen so much progress within those months. Im so glad i choose Candice for my weight loss journey. She helps with explaining how to lift weight, what the excersise do to different muscles and she pushes you to lift heavier if she knows you can. I never say no when she add weight to my session. I feel she knows me and my body and she also know what I can do. Being a woman helping a woman and understand us really does help. From having babies to getting older in age. I would highly recommend Candice if you want the same as I did months ago. I was in tears knowing over few year how much weight i had put on due to surgeries. I lost my confidence but Candice helped me get back my confidence and feel good in myself. I train everyday Monday- Friday. Im.not scared to go to the gym anymore and I do as much as I can just to feel healthier, stronger and appreciate what I can do, and where i come.

For the first time in my life I have enjoyed the gym!

For the first time in my life I have enjoyed the gym and stuck to it ! I joined with Candice in January 2023.
She pushes me and makes her sessions challenging, but also enjoyable.
She is very relatable and shows me how i can prioritise myself as well as being a working mum.

Candice is a great PT and understands YOU!

Candice is a great PT.

After having my third child, I wanted to get myself back in shape and be as fit as I was before having kids. My goal was to reach my ideal weight, which meant losing 8lbs and comfortably fit into my fav jeans. I am only 1lb off my goal and feel much better for it health wise and am I feel great. My jeans fit and I no longer have to squeeze myself into them, which is amazing!

I have continued with my sessions with Candice to continue with my new goal of making my body muscle more toned. I attend her group sessions, which helps me focus, as I’ve always attended classes before having kids and love the atmosphere of working out with others.

I cannot recommend Candice enough

I cannot recommend Candice enough. She has been my PT for a month. I take part in the small group sessions and also use the app she provides to keep track of my progress. I am already noticing a difference to my body shape and I feel so much more energetic. The weekly check ins are so useful to go over your progress and discuss what you want to focus on, how your feeling etc. She listens to what I cannot do (my knees struggle with certain exercises) and will always finds an alternative and its never a problem. She is really supportive and pushes me to lift/pull/push more than I would do by myself. Great at getting back to you as well if you have any questions.

Amazing app and support!

Candice has been great! We didn’t have a clue what we were doing in the gym but the app and the programs have been such a good help. Candice’s knowledge is excellent too, we are so grateful of the time she takes to give us feedback and pointers on where we can improve. I look forward to seeing where our journey goes for the rest of 2024!

Would definitely recommend Candice

Would definitely recommend Candice, I finally started to enjoy working out in the Gym again, Candice supports you every step of the way, when you can’t make her class she provides a workout to follow in the Gym. The app is brilliant too and a great tracker to keep on top of everything 👏

Candices is training was not the best. Would not recommend her at all due to the results u got.. I gained a stone in weight so disappointed

Training with Candice has been amazing…

Training with Candice has been amazing - I wish I’d signed up sooner! We discussed my goals, my lifestyle, my expectations and came up with a tailored plan for me. The plan included realistic work outs suitable for my fitness and ability level but also factoring in working full time and 2 young children (plus a very energetic dog)
The nutrition side was fantastic, I learn what my body needs and why. How to eat “what I wanted” and how to combine eating more nutritional meals that as a family we could all enjoy.
I was very nervous about starting but really didn’t need to be as Candice is so friendly and really is there every step of the way!

Candice was soo supportive!

I worked 121 in PT sessions with Candice and online coaching. Her app was really helpful to keep on track and although I missed a few days, Candice was also there to encourage me. I’ve lost just shy of 1 stone in 12 weeks. I’ve got another 1 stone to go but I have learnt a lot from Candice and now have the tools to stick to it. She wasn’t negative and was supportive when it came to general life factors that affect weight such as hormones and periods etc.
she never made me feel bad if I was off track, but continued to support me and give good advice.
Thanks for your help Candice and I will continue on my journey!
