This company is a scam. Nicely presented website with popular product only slightly cheaper than other shops so it makes you think its worth trying. My transaction failed on the first try so I stupidly tried two more cards. All three of my cards have had fraudulent payments on them, all to Uber totalling almost £300 across all cards. AVOID this website at all costs. Having read a Money Saving Expert forum post it seems this has happened to lots of people!

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering ! Tried two credit cards and eventually the web page said my order had been placed... but no confirmation email arrived- no debit was taken from either card BUT less than 5 days later I was called by the fraud offices of both my cards I had tried to use on this website only to find out that 3 Fraudulent purchases had been attempted online on both of my cards for several hundred pounds - fotuneately the banks were quick to react and I have not been charged... I cannot definitely say it was through this web site but one of the cards I used has never been used before for an online purchase until finding this web page ... all I can say -if it's really cheap compared to other websites BEWARE it is not always true ☹️

Same experience as everyone else. Looks legit with https and padlock etc but then get a card declined email, try again.

SCAM - BEWARE.

They have used my bank details to take out 4 amounts out of my account.

Reported to Action Fraud.

Sorry to here about everyone's miss fortune, but thanks to you guys I got saved.
Went on to site and nearly ordered loads £??? But decided to try and register my account first this was taking ages and made me suspicious so checked them out here and.....

Ordered a candle and e-mail stated failed order. Stupidly should have read reviews first but for once I didn't.
Had to cancel card immediately after I realised.
My card provider told me to watch for any fraudulent transactions and report any to them for further investigation.

I have had the same experience as everybody else, just made a purchase and received an email saying the payment had failed.

So I tried with another card, the same issue. So I decided to Google the company, so glad I did. I have now cancelled both cards used and my credit card companies and Bank are on notice. I have reported to Action Fraud also.

Similar story to others - ordered, entered card details, payment went through but then recieved email to say it had failed. Called my bank and they said they never received/bounced a payment. Exact same thing has happened to many others on moneysavingexpert and later found fraudulent payments taken, months later - so I have provisionally cancelled my card and issued a new one. DON'T use this website. Upon further inspection it is certainly a clever fraud. For instance the (EN) (FR) (ES) language option links top left don't work at all! It gives the appearance of a legit website, but it isn't. Avoid! Cancel your card immediately if you've used it with this site.

DO NOT USE! I tried to place an order and it refused one card so I entered another cards details and then the order was refused. Since then both cards have been used by someone illegally and I've had to speak to the bank fraud team.

DO NOT USE!!! Fradulent company. They accept credit card details and do not send any product or confirmation email. People then have their cards used for unauthorised purchases.

Same thing happened to me placed an order about two weeks ago and nothing. So stupidly I re-ordered!!
No confirmation,no replies to my emails or calls and yesterday I had a odd text and then a call asking me to press any number as fraud had been detected on my account (the number came up and it said it was from Maidenhead)
I called my bank and after checking all my transactions one wasn't mine/me!!!!
My card and security pin had been used to pay for a taxi from a snooker club in Essex to somewhere in E7.
The bank gave me the name of the company to where the payment had been made and the time and amount of the transaction. I called them and they said that the person tried to extend their journey but it was declined and the person was escorted from the taxi!!
The taxi company's fraud dept and my my bank fraud department are also investigating. HOPE THEY CATCH THIS LOWLIFE!!!

I have also had my debit card cloned by this phishing website. Placed an order about a month ago and received no confirmation or any correspondence from the 'company'.
Just this week my card has been used in a Go Karting establishment in Manchester 200 miles away from me, coincidence? I think not.
I would also echo the comments regarding Googles sponsored shopping results, DO NOT TRUST THEM!! If you Google Stoneglow candles this website is still the first result under Googles ads even after I informed them this is a phishing site.

Awful, same as below comments my card has been cloned and they've tried to use my card to make purchases!

Two payment cards failed, had to cancel cards following other reviews about fraudulent activity, bank confirmed transaction had not been attempted so definitely a scam. I have learnt my lesson that if the price seems too good to be true, it usually is. And just because a site comes up at the top of google shopping results, don't automatically trust it.

Very competitive prices but I stupidly tried 3 credit cards due to 'issues' on the payment page. Having seen this page, and the posts on money saving expert it appears the site is fraudulent and that the posts date back over a month. What has proven this is that the card providers have said no attempts were made to authorise a transaction, which would be the case if it were a genuinely failed transaction (due to the address not matching). Tried phoning, no answer, no response to emails.

Wished I had read the previous review before entering my card details to this company's website. Exactly the same thing has happened to me - the email they sent me is incorrectly spelt!! - i should have been more alert - bank card now cancelled!!

BUYER BEWARE - IF IT LOOKS LIKE ITS A BARGAIN ITS PROBABLY NOT

I tried ordering a present on candle and scent after finding it to be cheapest on google shopping. But when I put in my details, it said that my card issuer had declined the payment. I went out for the day (and was able to use my debit card with no issues) and came back and tried ordering again with my credit card and the same problem happened. I rung up my debit card provider and they couldn't even see that I had tried to make a payment. This was on the 19th Aug 2017. On the 21st, I had transactions appear on my credit card that weren't mine - boohoo and APL shrewsbury. I cancelled my credit card and talking to my credit card provider, there were also pending payments from netflix and wetherspoons and the APL one was a limo company!!! I didn't have any transactions on my debit card but I cancelled that too as I'm sure it was just a matter of time before there would be.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM AND THEY TAKE YOUR DETAILS!!!!

I have also reported this to the action fraud police website, as I would encourage everyone else to do to catch these people!
