Honestly candle flame were amazing! I ordered a candle and it was broken while in the post and they were so understand and sent me a new one with a little gift as well! The candles smell amazing and I couldn’t be more happier! Would highly recommend!

Not very good at all very dissapointed Iv used many scented melt products these have got to be the worst I have ever used . From the moment I put them in my burner I never smelt a single smell won’t buy these again definately not

So sorry to hear this Julie - we have never heard anyone having any disappointments with our products.
Customer service is 100% a Key factor in our service.
We do highly recommend a Tea light wax burner for the melts as the higher heat releases the strongest fragrance throw.
I am happy to discus options if you wish to do so.
