I’ve used Aztec for many years

I’ve used Aztec for many years. I started with the fragrance oils and now I get almost all of my candle and soap making ingredients from them. Great customer service. Love the new fragrances they have brought in lately!

I love Aztec Candle & Soap!

I love Aztec Candle & Soap. Their products are fantastic and their customer service is excellent. I've only had a couple small problems but they have taken care of things immediately. Otherwise everything has been wonderful. I've become a regular customer.

First time ordering from this company

First time ordering from this company, and I will not be ordering again I’ll stick with my regular businesses. The order came with multiple opened so it was spilling out. The sealed tab on top might as well not be there and forget the lid being tightened. Every single bottle the lid was loose all because of the metal seal giving a false sense of it being sealed. So I emailed them and they got a second ordered shipped without me even asking. The order came and it was even in a better box and it was still the exact same way. It had all loose lids and a few of the bottles had a loose seal so it leaked all over. I contacted them again requesting no more bottles be sent. They said management would reach out and I have heard nothing since. I hope they get their bottles together and ship things better. I really did love some of their scents.

Will Order Again/Def Recommend!

I've had pretty good experiences when ordering from Aztec, thus far.
It does seem to take a little while for them to ship out, but they're probably really busy, so I try to be patient. Lol
I've also had two instances where an item from my order wasn't in the box, and when I called to let them know-- they remedied the issue promptly by sending me what was missing, immediately. I cannot express enough just how much I appreciate that, as I had already been waiting for the original shipment to arrive, with anticipation, so when they directly & immediately sent out the missing item, I thought that was very kind of them...and definitely the professional thing to do. I am, for sure, impressed with Aztec Candle Supply! I will be ordering more from them, in the near future! :-)
