Don't not order from this company they are scam artists they will take your money and not fulfill order stay clear of these thief's.

Please be very careful of this business. I decided to give them another go despite the mess and unprofessionalism they displayed when they
closed down last year. That was taking money but not fulfilling orders, not responding and then receiving nothing. However, I assumed as they would be trying to build back trust with customers, they would be more ethical, unfortunately that’s still not the case. This business still operates shady, dishonest and unprofessional. Ordering will be at your own risk. They currently claim to offer same day dispatch if you order before a certain time, I did, paid next day delivery for my order and it’s been three days and I still don’t my items, nor has it been dispatched. Truly disappointing.

Just a warning for anyone looking to purchase for the candlestuff store.

Interesting that all the reviews from last year where a huge closing down sale took place and many people didn’t get the orders, many people got parts of their order and more refund and even more had to fight to get their money back. Now opening again under new management not very believable I’d stay away. There are so many other suppliers. If they wanted to re-open they should have left the bad reviews done an apology to all the businesses they affected and rebuild instead of hiding and removing the reviews from that awful time. And I’m wondering how they got a good review this year 2024 when they aren’t open for selling ?

I was done out of money last year and so were many other people. She is now starting up again under the disguise of Candlestuff Store and telling everyone it is under new ownership and management.

I now know that this company has closed down but I placed a quite large order in Sep and Oct which I have not received. If they did not have the stock then a refund should have been given. Very dissapointed and now trying to chase my money back.

crooks - I am not getting the oils. £30 is a lot of money. Paid on a debit card so I don't know where I stand

they are still online but have no intention of fulfilling orders

Ordered on the 13th of September. Initial parcelforce notification and then nothing. Unable to make contact with company for refund or to chase order. Phones are disconnected, negative feedback from many customers being removed from community groups, emails ignored.
Website is still open though - Be warned. A good company turned crooks !!

Ordered on 13th September and received email to say items were despatched although they never actually gave the parcel to parcelforce, tracking is still showing as not received. They are ignoring all emails. I have now had to go through PayPal to try and get my money back.

Placed an order 21st September, recieved an email on the 26th to say it's on it way yet still no items have arrived, no reply to the email I've sent asking for an update & parcel force tracking states its only been advised & not yet received.

Paid for goods and I have not received anything, cannot get in contact with them, they do not respond to phone calls, messages or emails. I have reported them to my credit card company as this company seems to be a scam.

Not received, no refund and no contact, have emailed numerous times and nothing!
Phone number isn’t active either!!!

Criminal. Literally. What they have done is a 70% closing down sale. Took all the revenue. Then paid for postage to make it appear orders were dispatched but they never were. Never made it to carriers.

Then closed down social media sites, email and also disconnected telephone line. Website will soon follow once people stop ordering

Is the address for the business genuine? If so that is now the only way to reach this sham of a business that used to be good. So visiting in person is the only way to actually speak to them

Assume lots of customers will be taking legal action

I ordered products and still havnt received my order. I have tried emailing the company and ringing them but there is no reply to my emails and their number is not recognised. I have also rang parcelforce as they where the company delivering my items and they have told me that my products are still with candle stuff and there has been no further communication between them.I personally feel like this company has stole my money so my advice at the moment is do not order from them.

I been waiting two weeks for my order I email and text no answer the phone line is not working they have took £43 out my bank I don’t know what to do

Recently ordered from candle stuff and my order arrived quickly with no issues. I have ordered in the past with no issues. It is a shame that the company is closing down as I've received some amazing fragrance oils.
