Very disappointed today.
I have always popped in here over the years for myself and presents for friends.
Walked in and no one in shop, when the girl did come out she was obviously doing an online order, walked straight by without acknowledging me. I picked what I needed and waited to be served. She then came out from the back. Scanned product without even looking up or a hello. Took the money and then said thanks. I felt very uncomfortable. I know we all have off days but it nice to be polite.

Hi Joanne - We're very sorry you had this experience today. It is a difficult day for us here as Ruby, our dog that has been part of the store for the past 15 years will no longer be with us from tomorrow.
In a way, we don't like using excuses, but there was a "Facetime" event with the two staff there today with ruby and it led to a lot of tears and sadness.
Usually our service is top notch and hopeful if you return again, you will receive our normal great service
