5* Superb service with excellent customer service from Ruth. The candles really have a touch of class & you would know they are made & packaged with love & serious attention to detail. I received a beautiful christening candle (with the blue roses cross) they are such special pieces and the quality of your candle is superb - I adore the packaging and the sweet note.

I can't reccomend candlewithcare enough, they are also a great gift as my friend bought me my wedding candles here too.

Last week I ordered my daughters christening candle as I had previously ordered one for my son 3 years ago and the excellent customer service I received I had no hesitation on where to order my daughters.
I received excellent customer service from Ruth then and now. She takes such pride in her work.
The attention to detail on the candles is amazing.
The candles come in a bag which is great for storing them.

Ruth is a fantastic business person and the customer service received from her was excellent!

I first made contact with Ruth as I had left it a bit late in ordering a candle for our daughters Christening. Ruth emailed me and assured me she would get it to me on time once I placed the order. Ruth subsequently followed up with 2 further emails to confirm she had received my order and was in a position to start the design and a day later she confirmed by email that the candle was completed and was dispatched to FastWay Couriers for delivery.

The care taken with the packaging alone is excellent to ensure it arrives in once piece and the presentation of the candle is fantastic. The candle is absolutely beautiful and even more so in person.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Candle with Care to anyone and will most certainly purchase again from Ruth.

We recently ordered a christening candle for our son. Thankfully Ruth noticed an error in my order and was able to rectify it for me. The candle arrived promptly and we are thrilled with it. The candle is beautifully made with encryption and the packaging compliments it. We are ordering another one for a friend.

Ruth could not have been any more accommodating for us. We ordered a wedding anniversary candle for our grandparents and it turned out better then we had expected. We got a picture put on the candle and it came out so clear, the little poem written on it and the presentation overall was fantastic. Ruth was a great help in getting it organised even when there was a delay from the delivery company Ruth could not have done more to get it sorted for us. I ordered a christening candle for my daughter’s upcoming christening and received it today. I am absolutely delighted with it and the favour candles that I also got. I left it a little late to order them but Ruth was so accommodating and made sure I got them in time. A beautiful product and a fantastic service.

My daughter’s christening candle arrived today and I am so happy with it! It is absolutely beautiful and so special because of the personalised details. I ordered from Ruth- thinking I was too late to get anything personalised but she was so lovely to deal with and promised to get it to me on time- which she did! Couldn’t believe how quickly she got it to me! It also came in a lovely presentation bag to keep it safe in until she needs it again for her Communion day. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends!

Can not recommend Ruth and Candle with Care highly enough. I got a brilliant service and such a lovely Christening candle from this website. The way it was presented was so good it would be a lovely gift. It comes in a lovely bag and a flower with it. I also ordered a christening candle 6 years ago that still looks like new. I 100% recommend this place.

I bought a beautiful christening candle for my sons upcoming christening. I received excellent customer care as I actually spelled his name wrong (late night shopping) Ruth text me the next day with the error which I found so nice as most places wouldn't give a damn and would just print it. The candle arrived in gorgeous packaging so well wrapped up and presented in a beautiful bag and the candle itself is so lovely. I would definitely reccomend this lady for candles she did a fab job.
