I ordered from Candy Kingdom Shop in the UK over two months ago and paid via iDEAL, but never received my order.
I’ve contacted them multiple times by email and social media with no response, and their listed phone number doesn’t work.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend ordering from this shop. There seems to be no reliable way to receive your order or get support if something goes wrong.
Ordered a load of sweets for Christmas gifts via the website on 10/12/25. On the tracking information on the order email it kept saying 'being prepared'. Rang & emailed several times to try & cancel once I realised it wasn't going to arrive in time. Got an email on 26/12/25 to say 'on its way'. No reply to any messages & sweets never delivered. Luckily I'd paid through PayPal.
