Do not EVER buy from this store

Do not shop at this store—they’re not transparent with their policies! They advertise a “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion, but it’s a trap. I purchased a Halloween costume right before the holiday, and when I tried it on, it was too small. I wanted to return it and get the right size, but I was informed that items purchased under this promotion are considered final sale, which they do not disclose during the purchase process.

If you run into any issues, you’re only eligible for store credit—and you have to cover the return shipping fees! In my case, since it was so close to Halloween, I didn’t have enough time to process the return, get store credit, and order a new size. As a result, I was left without a costume and out of money. After a long back-and-forth with their customer service, they refused to make an exception or refund me.

If you’re unsure about sizing or planning to use a discount code, beware—this store’s policies can leave you with no options and no refund. Avoid them!

Do not order from here. Return policy is so bad.

Do not order from here. their return policy is horrible. They say you can return, but they the return address is in HUNGARIA, in another country. It costs more to return the item than the item itself.

Don’t use them

If I could give this company less then 1 star I would. I ordered my costume the beginning of October for EDC. I never got an email saying confirmed or shipping or fulfilled. How ever the charge was taken from them on my card

After 2 1-2 weeks k grew nervous I wasn’t getting it in time, and I still had absolutely no communication via email on my outfit. I checked the website and created an account and the only information available was order status unfulfilled. I checked a few more days and still no update via email and website still read unfulfilled

I utilized the contact us method on their website. A few days passed and no response. Out of no where my package showed up. I did not want this outfit as I had decided to purchase elsewhere and received those items already. I disputed the charge with my bank due to no communication and no knowledge of if item was coming or not.

When I got the item I immediately them again and they finally responded that they could give me a store credit. When I asked why they said it could be worn or damaged. I never even wore the outfit or tried it on. They basically stole $141 from me. I’m returning via shipping today but I never wore it, this company is awful and does not take accountability for them selves and their communication is absolutely awful.

Do not order from here they will lack communication, you won’t know when your order is coming, there’s no confirmation of orders, and they will make you pay to ship it back for their mistakes.

If an order is shipped and delivered we cannot make an exception on our return policy and all orders made with a discount code are only eligible for store credit refund.

I do not recommend at all

I do not recommend at all! I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and it STILL has not shipped despite all the website assurances of how quick they are. I have contacted them twice and both emails have gone unanswered (and no, nothing is in my junk folder as they have suggested for someone else to look there). The outfits are not cheap and my event came and went already. I wish I had read legitimate reviews instead of what I assume are farmed reviews on their site and Etsy because there is no way that many people are satisfied with their purchases from them. And now even if my outfit arrives, it looks like the return shipping costs will be insane.

Never buy again I lost a lot money for shipping and clothes not look like on wed site

This is so difficult I paid a lot for shipping when I bought ur clothes and now I return I had to pay a lot too. And they said will changer money at costume too. I never buy this website clothes again I can’t wears it and I lost a lot money for it not worth . If clothes look nice like wedsite I would love too don’t care how much but this is not nice I can’t wear and now I lost over 100$ for nothing . I’m not happy with it .

Durable, Beautiful, and Amazing Fit!

These outfits fit wonderfully. I have several of them and have worn them for multiple aerial silks performances and have gotten more compliments than I can count. They are made well, vibrant, and make you feel powerful and sexy! Highly recommend!

Steer clear of Candycatz

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered for the first time from them in September a couple of costumes I needed for a Halloween party end of October. The outfits sat in NY frozen and didn’t move for weeks. I contacted the company numerous times asking for help with no avail. The costume never reached me in which case I let the company know I’d like a refund since I never received the merchandise. They refused the refund my card and when I asked to escalate the issue I received no reply. It is criminal they can charge people for good never received and I suggest anyone steer clear of this shady business.

delaying rightful return for wrong item sent!

I wrote to you to say you sent THE WRONG ITEM and received a request for a photo which I sent and then was told to send a second photo (which I sent) because the item I ordered and the one you sent both have cut outs in the back. however it was crystal clear from the first photo that the one I received was sleeveless, backless and frontless and, from the website and my erroneous receipt that the one I ordered was long sleeved and did not have a front cut out . This is some of the worst service I've ever had and I want my money back or the correct item before a halloween party on the 25th of October!

Expensive costumes only to never ever…

Expensive costumes only to never ever receive them. Site states 7-10 business days well it's been 19 business days and guess what still nothing! Same happened to my friend. So sick of these scam sites. Hope they enjoy the free money

This company is totally deceitful

This company is totally deceitful. I read their return policy before ordering an item in two sizes because I did not know which would fit. Each one was $119. Then when it was time to return, they gave me an address in Bulgaria. USPS shipping was goin to be $100.84 and DHL does not ship there. LIARS!!!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. This company does not take your return request. My bad for not checking but they have no phone number or email address. Only a message board that they do not respond to. Now I’m out $200!

Not received the item neither answering…

Not received the item neither answering my email or even Instagram. Ordered two items from them, and never received them, also wrote to them, and no response from them. It has been a month since the order now.

Be careful ordering from there!

The seller went above and beyond to…

The seller went above and beyond to ensure I received my items in time for the Untold festival, keeping me updated on the estimated arrival whenever I asked. The quality was excellent, just as shown in the pictures. My only suggestion would be to add drawstrings to the shorts for a better fit.

Amazing Product & Amazing Creativity
