In correct size

Ordered a blazer, I noticed before it had been despatched it was the incorrect size, sent a email advising them of the error so they could send out correct size, no reply to the email an received the incorrect size, so it’s on it way back to you!!!

Candy Lane return

I received an item from Candy Lane which I need to return as not suitable. The item is actually a Prettylittlething item which if I’d ordered through their website I would have 28 days to return instead of only 14 through Candy Lane. The return would also have been free through Prettylittlething but through Candy Lane I need to pay myself.
