I would like my refund

I am writing an review because at this point I feel like I was forced to give a review before I am refunded my money back I was told that I have to write a review before I can even receive my refund back that was taken from my account without permission.

I am not satisfied with the process of requesting a refund from I company I have personally have ordered from.

I am not satisfied with the process of canceling something that I have never order nor used. I have never heard of this company before seeing it on my bank statements. I tried to cancel and get a refund but got no answer. Then I found out that I had been charged agian. So here I am writing a review as part of the refund process. This whole thing has been a hassle and I wish this process easier. Very discouraging to have had to go through this twice.
