I believe one of the women who helped me was Desire (I’m not positive if that was her name) in the N.Semoran location. The physician was also very helpful and intelligent (forgot her name so sorry.) Well they get you in quick for an…yes
Well they get you in quick for an appointment.and set you up. But when they don't evaluate you there. It is a problem I got approved so they are waiting on my doctor's medical side I lose my days I have los a while month....So be on top of your primary care because they Do Not Evaluate you in office. I feel they have not pushed for my records not to happy I will got personally to grab them and take them to this office

Hey Cynthia, thank you for sharing your experience. Florida law requires a pre-existing condition, so technically we are not allowed to diagnose you and also recommend you medical cannabis. There could be a legal conflict if it came out the diagnosis was not correct. I wish we could, but I understand the Physicians reasoning. It is a little tricky sometimes trying to get medical records. We offer the service of trying to get them for you by sending a medical release form, but ultimately we are at the mercy of them responding. It is always faster if you were to get them. Lots of company's nowadays have online records. Please call Suzanne at 321-392-6420 if you have not been assisted yet.
