I waited for the phone call which was about 20 minutes late, but right as I called the Austin office and the person answered the phone, I received the call. The female who answered my call was very sweet, and when I answered the doctor's call, he was kind and informative. The whole process, aside from the anticipatory panic attack when the call didn't come as expected, was almost effortless. Thank you!
