I sometimes get very nervous now with the way Canada post handles our parcels ie: not updating etc.. But over the years I’ve been buying from you I think the service and packaging have been pretty good and as anything else can always improve as well. Another idea to think on is ok you know everybody is stressed so let’s all make a little more effort. Ie: my last order was worried about where my parcel was or where it was even going. I was rightfully upset b/c I had received no confirmation or anything & I sent a few more emails than I should have being quite nervous about the whole thing never mind COVID. So I was sent the standard reply as In “you’ll get your package when u get it.. it’s out of our hands” instead I wrote a letter of apology back saying you know I’m sorry I’m nervous about tracking not working I’m sick I’m sorry etc.. was meet with no response from customer service!! And for me it’s all about customer service. I’d rather spend my hard earned on bud mail or island herb where I’m a person not a number!! Please think on that and get back to me. Thank you for sending a form like this out & I very much hope it helps your brand as you do have a great plethora of products to be had. The customer service just has to now match the many brands you also now represent and be more preset for the customer and our needs as without valuable yearly customers like myself your pay checks wouldn’t exist.
