I bought Cannameds products in the Third week of January 2023.
Ordered online and contacted Mr. Mohamed & Mr. Kumar. Since Mr Mohamed was not in town,he referred Mr. Kumar.
As we requested, Cannameds delivered the products on time.
Mr. Kumar organized the delivery in a very prompt way.
He was monitoring and updating
the order status until it’s delivered Products were safely packaged. Well organized and Excellent customer service.

I have been using full spectrum cannabis leaf extract oil by Magiccann intermittently since a few months. The oil is easy to use and effective even with micro dosing. Have not experienced any side effects or sluggishness as with other oils in the past. Would highly recommend Magiccann cannabis oil.

In the past I have used cbd tea by Magiccann as well and found it to be a fantastic drink. Not at all psychoactive and an excellent alternative to tea for those battling with autoimmune related inflammation and fatigue. Thanks

I have ordered from them few times. Every time there has been a delay. Customer service is pathetic. Last time I had a very bad experience with Cannabryl medicine. This time again, I thought of giving them another chance. The person checked my prescription and said I don’t need a new prescription. He also said I could ordered 10 tabs of a certain medicine. However after paying, he told me medical certificate is not valid and I can only order 3 tabs, not 10.
After my experience the last time, I was doubtful of customer delight. I still had hopes. It has been a long long time since I asked for refund of 7 tablets, customer service has been ignoring my calls again after assuring me the amount would be refunded.
Time and again, same story. I suggest look at other vendors for your natural medicine needs, otherwise contact the manufacturer directly with your requirements.

These people will promise you 100000 things and will disappear once you really need them.

I am a regular consumer of natural medicines from most top vendors, but these experiences with cannameds has been a really unfortunate and eye opening.

Look elsewhere, avoid these guys, many other options available with great customer service. These guys will disappear after selling. This time they deceived me into buying something and then disappeared. Really really sad.
