Still waiting for my order ( ordered last Wednesday and paid up front where my other podiatry suppliers have gone back to pre covid billing ).
The stupid DPD driver brought the product and took it away again ( thought we were shut ).
Phoned Donna last Friday and now Monday who was pleasant enough but no help whatsoever .
She said she's got to wait for it to come back to cpl before she sends it out again.
It begs the question : why not despatch the order again and keep the return ? DLT did on one occasion when this happened . I've been a customer for 35 years but ' cuts no ice '.
Appalling customer service and I'll be looking for other suppliers of this product ( who have better customer service when something goes wrong .DLT gave a complimentary unit of the product for goodwill ).
I told Donna I was down to my last 2 units and patients are coming in to use the cellona bandage but no remedy was made .
So I'm whistling for the product while my situation gets worse at the practice WITH NO CONTACT FROM CPL ( unanswered email I sent over the weekend ).
Well, you measure a company by how they react when something goes wrong and the verdict is DLT 10 out of 10 and CPL 0 out of 10 AND YOU ARE STILL CHARGING UP FRONT WHERE DLT ARENT .
