Don't buy the Skin Analysis Machine M9

I very don't recommend the Skin Analysis Machine M9. The software is so bad. Over the months we tested the device on several patients with varying degrees of acne and sun damage, yet despite following all the instruction, the output is completely inconsistent. Example (and there are many others) - we tested it on older patients with zero acne, but the machine output says they have acne. Patients are totally confused by the results. Unfortunately we can't use the machine because it's embarrassing. I have no idea why the website product page shows 11 positive reviews, maybe paid? I don't have opinion about Canta Esthetic other devices, but regarding this analysis machine, do yourself a favor and don't get it because you will just be wasting your money.

I ordered the 40k cavitation machine

I ordered the 40k cavitation machine, and it's proving to be an incredibly useful machine. Clients have seen inches off their waist, hips, and thighs. The machine itself is user-friendly and intuitive to use. The customer support with this company is really good too. I was unaware that it would be shipping from overseas, but a quick email exchange later and I was updated on the shipping info I was requesting. The machine came well-packaged inside a cardboard box that was inside a wooden box. All parts were included and it was also incredibly easy to assemble.

Learning curve, but hopeful

At first, I was skeptical of the machine altogether. It doesn't feel super sturdy. The first time I used the machine, the vacuum suction was so high it bruised my legs terribly. It was really unbearable and I could only use it for a couple minutes. I had to email back and forth with Canta for guidance as the "manual" they sent doesn't give enough details. I have only used the machine three times so far (for about 1.5 to 2 hours each time), but I feel I have finally worked out the kinks and hope that after several more uses I'll see some results. The cavitation tool doesn't warm up at all, but does produce a high pitch sound and vibration, as most cavitation machines do. The RF handle produces almost no heat. Very light warming sensation. That disappointed me, but I'm going to keep at it, cross my fingers, and hope for the best.

Don’t fall for free gifts with purchase

Ordered a 6:1 cavitation machine as part of the Valentines Day special (free cart+gel) and I have been waiting over a month for the cart+gel. Was told it would be shipped out separately from machine in 2 weeks. This was stated a month ago, still nothing. I am getting the run-around with customer support!

We added the hydra facial machine to our spa not long ago, and it has been a nice addition to our service menu. The treatment feels gentle, but the skin still looks very fresh, clean, and hydrated after. I also appreciated that customer service was easy to talk to whenever I had questions.

We love Canta Esthetic!

Super happy with this machine. It looks beautiful in person and works well. The functions are easy to understand after reading the manual, so getting started wasn’t hard. Loved that they offered logo customization because it really made the machine look more polished in my treatment room. Their customer service was also friendly and got back to me pretty quickly every time.

Pirate’s Tale

Promised accessories were never delivered and customer service keeps saying the item is “on the way” but cannot provide any tracking. It has now been 3 months.

The company presents itself as US-based and suggests items ship from the US, but when my order arrived I discovered the machine had actually been shipped directly from China.

The overall transaction felt very misleading. If I had wanted to order directly from China, I could have purchased the same type of machine for 1/3 of the price.

Great Results, Gentle Treatment


I’ve been using the hydrodermabrasion machine from Canta and I’m pretty happy with it. It’s gentle on the skin but still gives great results—clients leave with a nice glow and smoother texture.

Terrible customer service

Shipping was very fast. Initially disappointed because there was no user manual with the product or online. I have to reaching out to the company. They sent me the appropriate user manuals, extended by warranty and gave excellent customer service.
