This company has very poor, if any customer service. I made a purchase and I understood that it takes 2-4 weeks before I receive my purchase, so on week 4, I emailed them for a update with no response at all. And I'm a firm believer, if you are a legit company you respond within 24 to 48hrs. of a email, phone call and/or text or voice message, period!
