If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered on B&Q website. It says delivered but picture and geo location is NOT my adddress. So something has gone wrong somewhere but won’t even entertain taking up complaint with Evri as they said they delivered to correct location. They definitely did NOT deliver to me. And the picture of delivery is of a black women and I’m white? The picture of the door isn’t mine either. So what they’re saying is tha k you very much for your custom, we have your money, we’re not doing anything about it! I will be raising a complaint with B&Q.

Great company

Great company, very helpful. I spoke to some young lad named Jake a couple of months ago, and sorted my problem out very quickly. I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided :)
