Unethical customer service

Really alarmed to see I was invoiced for a service I never used, nor had any email confirmation of. But clearly this company take PayPal details when you initially access their platform. I now cannot cancel my so-called subscription because you can only contact Canva via your account (for which I have no record and never received any email confirmation of creating!). Infuriating! I also thought companies operating in the UK and European market legally have to provide a 14-day cooling off period to cancel any online purchase, so feel they use unethical practices to extort money. Not happy...

8 year old unresolved issue - still unresolved by Canva Agent JZ

The quality of support received by Canva is atrocious, a word that they fail to understand. Take this example from assigned agent 'JZ'. Pathetically bad. They told me the issue had been resolved and it was down to an alignment issue. Even in the video that JZ sent you can see that it has NOT been resolved (as per usual). The text issue problem still exists and has done so since 2019. This is now an 8 year old unresolved issue.

When I was reviewing the invoice I…

When I was reviewing the invoice I noticed the quantity was double what I intended. I reached out for help to correct the error. Jade replied that the order had already been and packaged so I would be receiving the double quantity however they issue me a refund for difference. I really appreciate the quick and painless resolution. It was most likely my mistake however Jade took care of me.

Worst website ever

Nothing on this website is user friendly. I constantly have to look up how to do something, and its always harder then it needs to be. For example it took me 10 minutes to figure out how to change the rotation of my document. Turns out its a 4 step process that you have to find in the "menu". When it should be a easy click.

Canva always assumes it knows what i want it to do and its ALWAYS wrong. I have no choice but to use Canva (work) and if I could never use it again i would.
