Really bad experience
I bought a poster A0 size, for about €70,00. The quality was extremely grainy because the original image was too small. After I wrote support, they told me they will send another copy. After a couple of days they told me is not possible (beacause original image). I wrote several times to decide how to resolve, but they never answered me and ignored my mails.
Edit after company answer:
I requested a poster that is of very poor quality and not because of me.
You sell the original image and if it is low resolution it is certainly not my fault.
I answered not only "I don't know" but also "What your company offer in these cases?"
It would have been enough to offer me a coupon instead of not answering.
