Canvas and More Reviews 

I ordered a clock on 3 September. On 11 September, I received an email to inform me that they had to reprint. This after I queried the progress 2 days prior. The order was eventually despatched on 12 September and I was able to collect it on Monday, 15 September. How "wonderful" to open my husband's anniversary gift just to find a random name printed on it. So, tomorrow is our first anniversary and I can't even give him the gift I ordered 20 days prior to the big day. I received an email last week with a promise that I will have the reprint within 48 hours. Needless to say, that didn't happen. I'm so sad and disappointed. I will never order from you again. This is after you also got the size of my canvas prints wrong last year; but I decided to give it a chance again - I will not make the same mistake in the future.

Have done lots of family photos onto canvas, with Canvas and More, and calendars.
Their service is excellent and their products absolutely awesome.
I highly recommend them. It’s always a delight.

Quality work and i was kept up to date on the whole process.Goods were very nicely packaged as well.

I ordered a Musical Fridge Magnet from Canvas and More.
When it arrived, they had loaded the incorrect song onto it.
I emailed them, simply to ask if there was a way for me to change the song myself....crickets.
Finally Duran replied to ask me what song I had wanted.
Since then my follow ups have been ignored.
On their whatsapp channel, their feedback is that they too busy to worry about my query.
Guess you too busy to accept future orders from me as well

This is my second order with Canvas & More. Their back office service is next level. Upon ordering, you are given an invoice numbers and confirmation almost immediately. They keep you in the loop... gone to printing ...in the print-check queue ...tracking numbers, tracking your order the whole process. The product itself is top-notch. Such a pleasure to deal with a company that respects its customers. Keep this up.

Honestly I ordered on Monday and it was Done and collected tuesday!. Replies aren't super fast BUT they reply when they can (usually still the same day!). I haven't found a better place!! I've gotten canvas pictures from them before and they came out AMAZING! ONLY thing I dislike (my personal problem) is that some items have a specific sizing/crop, So you cant always use the picture you want. BUT they are super helpful and I rate them #1 in this industry!

The second I placed my order I was emailed with a not saying who will be managing my order, then I was updated through the whole order process.
I ordered 2 car magnets and some business cards and what I received was better than what I imagined.
I highly recommend Canvas and more and will definitely be using them again.
