Choosing and ordering was easy. Products arrived well before expected. I absolutely love these paint by numbers! Highly recommend

I haven't started yet, but the quality of everything is great! I'm so excited to start painting.

I ordered 4 custom paint by number. I noticed when matching the paint with the original photo is darker in places where it should be. And, some of the color choices don’t make sense to me but the painting came out okay. The detailing is great but some spots are missing numbers. Otherwise, I’m enjoying by painting experience.

I love the finished painting of the Lion and the Lamb! Compared to other companies, I appreciate the included small print to refer to. I also like the cases that the paint is kept in. All deserving of 5 stars except for 2 factors. Although the red print on the canvas was easy to see, it took many coatings to cover. For a detailed painting like this one, that took a very long and tedious time. I would suggest you switch to gray. And there are at least 2 darker colors that have a sloppy consistency that thinning does not help. Specifically #1097 and #0051 . It took several coats to make it smooth.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the quality and turnout, but not sure if I want to deal with red print in future projects. Hopefully the company could consider this and make a change???

Love this product. It helps me bring my art to life. I don't draw well and this gets my pi ture on the canvas for me to paint.

Paint by numbers using my own photo is a fun project, and the quality of the paint, brushes, and canvas are great. I don't know much about art but I've had a good experience and would recommend CanvasByNumbers for anyone wanting to try it.

They were great. I bought the canvas for my daughter, as a present. I thought it would take a week or more to do. She got so inspired she finished in a day and a half.

Excellent kit. Great quality supplies. The canvas is clearly printed and easy to see. I'm only partway through but the finished result will be so nice.

This is the first time I ordered from CBN and I'm very pleased. The quality of the kit is excellent. I'm especially satisfied with the canvas, which has a much smoother surface to work with as opposed to others I've received from other companies.

I love this hobby! The company supplies everything you need to get started. My only criticism is that I have ordered “Beginner” kits that I find to be very intricate and time consuming. I am enjoying them but maybe there needs to be a better categorizing system. “Count Whiskers” is a bit more intermediate!

Love the product! The painting is beautiful. Everything was high quality. My only complaint is it took 3 weeks to arrive. It was a gift so I was late. No worries though because she loved it and it’s hanging on the wall now!

Placed my order for two canvases. I loved both of them and could not wait to get started. It was not until my order was placed it that I found out they would be shipping from China and would take 7 to 14 WORKING DAYS to arrive. No where in the documentation on the product page or anywhere else was it indicated that the canvases were coming out of China. Had I known that I would have not purchased them due to the delay in receiving them.

When I received and unpacked the canvases I discovered the number guides were 1)printed in red instead of the black ink that was promised on their website and 2)printed on a smaller scale and in paler red ink than the red printing on the canvases. I reached out to customer service and the reply was that they would look into it. Then it took 4 days and several more emails from me for them to send me a pdf in a smaller scale than even the number guide and harder to read than the poorly printed originals.
I will never purchase from Canvas by Number.

I would NOT give this company even one star!! Communication is pathetic with this company. No phone service whatsoever and if someone was available to talk, the issues I had would not have happened and I would be giving a better review.The custom photo I sent was transcribed very blurry and didn't have the appropriate colors to go with the painting. The emails I received were very cryptic and came after the product shipped therefore not able to cancel.The person I was emailing had NO IDEA the canvas had already shipped and they were still making changes.Once they knew it shipped, they stopped helping me. I will be canceling my purchase on my Amex card. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The giveaway is no phone customer service!!

I've purchased from other creative hobby sites, none have delivered as well on speed and customer service like they have. Redj is a true ride or die. I've had two instances where I have had to reach out and it had always been this representative. I actively sought out to sign up for the loyalty program after 5 purchases (don't judge me).
PS: this review is genuine, ive dealt with so many companies who just don't care.
