Excellent service. Created a perfect likeness of the photo provided. Have used Canvas Creatures before and have not been disappointed.

It hasn't been delivered! Not necessarily the fault of the seller, more Royal Mail. But thr personalised gift for my friend is now so overdue for her birthday, I'm a bit embarrassed.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. They made it so easy. You just upload a photo of your dog and they send you what it will look like as a canvas a few days later by email and you say if you’re happy with it or not. I asked them to change the background colour and resend which they did very quickly and then when I was happy I emailed back to say that and they posted out the canvas. Really quickly. It looks amazing. Great gift. Would recommend to any dog lover

Delighted with the picture but almost impossible to contact Customer services to get an update on the delivery. Emails ignored and only got a response when I contacted the phone number on Facebook and it was a former employee who helped. Please include a phone number or respond to emails

I really like the product much better than cheaper knock offs. Worth the money and I have a set of four!

Fiest thing to say is that the product is brilliant, but the customer service is crap and non-existent. I ordered 2 prints, and it says on the website you'll get a design in 4 days... 2 weeks+ later, nothing, so I chased and even found a number to call, but no reply. I sent a message asking if they are still in business or should I request my money back via paypal and got a response that the design would be chased, I thanked them and said I'd been worried I used an old link etc, no reply and it still took a week to get the design. I had sent another email asking if I could change the background colour and for them to pick the colours that looked good, I'd just let them decide, it says you'll get the design and can change it until you're happy, no reply and we got the design with grey, which was fine I was just happy to receive them and didnt dare try change it, it might be another few weeks to get anything back. After getting the order I asked if they could reprint my first purchase from Jan 2018 because it had faded a bit after being in an area in sunlight. The response was a bit quicker this time and I did get help in locating my design so I was able to order, even though there was no new design to do it cost me the same price, based on speed in replying i didnt argue it for fear of adding another month to the order, I thought it would be quick to do a reprint but again a few weeks later I'm chasing. It has now arrived and again it is beautiful. In my last chase I fedback politely but basically said the customer service is rubbish, I've got them business with every purchase because they are so good but they're letting themselves down, im feeling disappointed not getting any update and the speed of a reprint. I suggested they change the website and stop saying you'll get a design in 4 days to 2-4 weeks. I said my criticism was well meant etc etc - I really expected a reply, silly me - nothing! I had sent an email saying can you please just ensure the reprint has the same dark grey as my recent prints, when it arrived and it was paler so obviously not read or worse ignored my request, it's just disappointing. I suspect they are really successful based on a fantastic product but i think they need more staff now. I'd say if you want one for Christmas as a gift order it now you MIGHT just get it in time 😔

Such a shame to have to leave such a poor review but not had any response to my emails. Image created was lovely and I have bought 5+ from here before. Customer service is not good! Still haven’t received my image in over a month since I gave approval to print and post. Very poor customer service and very disappointed still not to have my print or a response!

I wasn’t happy with the first picture they done for me, my fault as I hadn’t chosen a suitable photo but I was able to send a new photo and I love it. Great quality and the colouring is perfect. I can’t wait to get it framed and hung on a wall

It took more than the stated time to receive my proposed picture but was a fabulous likeness of my poodle and happy with first picture. Arrived quickly once agreed.

Terrible experience. I placed my order on 09th December. I still haven’t received it but you took my money straight away ! I emailed you again on weds this week still no reply. I won’t be using your services again I’m £50 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Very disappointing.
