I am still waiting on an amended proof for my order placed on 25th May. It is a father's day gift so it's unlikely to arrive in time now. No response to my email today either. I have bought 2 canvases previously and they are fab, never had an issue before. So disappointed 😞

I've purchased from here a number of…
I've purchased from here a number of times now and whilst the finished product is great their communication isn't. They advise that it takes 3-4 working days for the artist to work on the print and each time I've ordered it has been much longer. When you email to chase it takes at least 3 days for a reply. I think for the price you're paying they need to work on better/faster communication

The product was fabulous but I had to email to find out what was happening with it. Didn’t get a notification it was sent either which is a bit annoying. I believe you are a small business but giving timelines makes a difference with updates.

Not a great customer experience
Had a great experience of the company a couple of years ago so ordered again for a friend's birthday. Took longer than usual to arrive but that was fine. However, I received the wrong picture - different dog. Notified the company on Monday 25th - response slow and still no replacement on the 2nd Feb. Birthday has been and gone. Disappointed.

I took the opportunity to have a picture done of my beautiful boy,Picton. He's now back in the heart of the home where he belongs. We all love the image of him. I was really impressed with the likeness and the quality of the canvass we received.

Wonderful print, excellent service
Delighted with the print and the customer service and communication was excellent-I wanted my print to match another that I had received as a Christmas present and so pleased with the result. So refreshing to deal with real people rather than robots-nothing was too much trouble. 🐶
