I just spent the whole morning editing a photo album, but now when I go back to the editing page, all the photos are gone. How could this happen? Don't you guys save my edited pages?

I was fortunate enough to find a Groupon and ordered six 8” x 8” canvas prints including our 10 pets. The quality is excellent, and we are very happy with our purchase!

Poor print quality on acrylic prints. Multiple defects/dust particles between print and acrylic layer. Required re-print 3 times and still had issues! Also the aluminum mount on the back of the piece is not level, off by 1-2cm from either side. I contacted customer service regarding both of these issues which they assured me would be addressed by production team on re-print. Each re-print had the exact same issues repeated! Never again.

It’s a great sharply detailed picture with vivid colors. No regrets here.
