Buyer Beware: This has been a horrible purchase. Ordered a picture book over a month ago, took a week to process and has now been in transit for weeks. They shipped from the Netherlands and the books hopscotched around Europe before getting tied up in customs.

Also, charged $10.99 per book to ship, but appears they put them all into a single box. Why the three fold charge to ship in the same package? (I ordered 3 identical books)

Very upset and will never use them again.

The pictures turned out really nice. The only issue I had was the advertisement guaranteed if I order by a certain date my order would arrive by Christmas. It arrived the day after Christmas. I would still use your services. I was pleased with the work.

I used a (8) Groupon's and didn't realize mounting back on metal was an option verses standard. After 3 photos,i discovered this. I emailed immediately and was told it was too late to change the order. I was told I could go to Michael's and get a kit. Guess what they don't have a kit. I will figure it out but will never order from them again. For metal prints canvas on demand is so superior,I won't waste my money again. Expensive mistake.

A few years back, I ordered something similar to what I recently bought. The result was horrible, and I was pretty gun-shy about doing it again. When I found out a premium company in Germany was doing the work, I took a chance to make another purchase. When the package arrived, I opened it up. I felt like a kid at Christmas... it was beautiful, and the quality was excellent!!

Easy upload, design, and ordering process. Very quick shipping (received it in four days) during the peak of the holiday season. Excellent product and very satisfied. Will use Canvasonsale again.
