I placed my order just before Hurricane Helene hit. Canvas prints was out of commission unti they could recover. They kept me informed as to their progress. I got my print when promised and it is absolutely beautiful.

I placed a large order 10/31/24 unknowingly that their business was impacted by Hurricane Helene. My order was significantly delayed as a result. Initially I was extremely frustrated by the delay and wanted to cancel my order, but I sympathized with the devastation that took place. A few weeks passed and I began interacting with Michele. Understanding this was a small business trying to recover, I wanted to honor my purchase. Michele assured me they were working diligently to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible and that I should expect my order to ship before Christmas. Michele was true to her word and my order arrived on 12/26/24. I was impressed with the quality of the canvasses and that the hardware to hang them was already installed. Great customer service and a little compassion go a long way!

I called the service agent as I had a question before placing the order, and was quickly helped with my concern. Placed the order and received the art well protected and delivered in a reasonable price and processing time. It looks great and will use them for any new projects.

This was my first experience ordering from canvas prints. I have not gotten my canvases yet, but if the quality of the canvases is anything like the customer service that was provided by Michele, I will be thrilled. I had a question about an order and not only did she give me the information that I need, but she treated me like we were old friends having a good conversation. It was quite a Breath of fresh air normal workday. You definitely have a gem in her!

We wanted to capture our photos from Curacao in canvas form. Wow! Both canvases turned out amazing. They are truly a masterpiece and look beautiful on our wall. We love them so much and couldn’t be more please with how they look.

The first print I received was a disappointment -- it was very dark and faces in the background were obscured. I emailed the company about a return/refund and they offered to fix the issue and send another print at no additional charge. The second print is PERFECT! It just needed to be lightened a bit. So grateful for the excellent customer service and a canvas print that we will love for many years!

Michele responded with 3 seconds of me writing into the chat. She was extremely understanding, kind and patient. Michele was able to rectify my situation as all of the mugs I ordered were damaged. Our conversation was wonderful and we need more Michele’s in the word. She deserves a raise!!!

I have other prints and the quality exceeds expatations. The prints are clear and exactly what I want. Thanks for text, emails and updates for you service. I sometimes am disappointed with the way some companies serve their customers. But I have extremely high standards and get it from canvas prints.

I only have great things to say. Personalized professional service, fast, competent adjustments, excellent prices.
I sent very high resolution photos in and Dennis somehow made them better.

I uploaded a marsh view photo I took with my cell phone and had it reproduced on a 58 x 58 framed canvas. I could not be more pleased!! The entire process took 8 days. They offer a great product and great service.
