I was looking for Bestard Canyoneer Guide shoes and found them here for the lowest price. Prior to my purchased I noticed that there was a discount code available. By the time I was ready to order the coupon code had expired. I contact them and received a response within a few hours. Daniel personally emailed back and offered the extend the coupon, since I had a relatively large order ($1,200+ Euros). Shipping to the U.S. was $39.99 Euro, which seem kind of pricey, but the coupon code pretty much covered the shipping charges. It seems like they're not a huge operation. A lot of items were available on backorder which gives me the impression they order from the manufacturer after you place the order. This obviously adds to the shipping time, but they tell you upfront that shipping will usually take 3 weeks or so. That's probably my only gripe if I had one. Otherwise, the transaction was pretty painless and Daniel was responsive to emails. Bottom line I would order from them again if I was not in a hurry to receive the products.

I placed an order with Canyon Store and my order was botched (not really important how). I contacted Canyon Store and my issue was handled in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner. I had a special request while exchanging the order (shipping back proved to be an issue) and Canyon Store was very calm and helpful in the matter.

It's also worth noting that I received my original botched order very quickly, even Stateside! Canyon Store was also incredibly prompt in responding throughout the entire experience.
