Great experience
Great experience! Pre ordered some shoes and I was kept up to date on my order status from when I ordered to when it shipped. Only gripe is that they used packing peanuts. Please switch to something that's easier to recycle!

Hi Daniel, thank you for your review. Regarding your remark about the "packing peanuts" : these are made from 100% biodegradable corn starch. They are water soluble. You can throw them in the trash, compost them, you can dissolve them in water, or even eat them (they don't taste very good though)! We do our best to be as eco-friendly as possible, we try to recycle packing material as much as possible (the boxes from incoming orders from suppliers are reused to ship out articles to clients), and if we use new material we go for the most eco-friendly solution...

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. I ordered a large package with multiple items and Canyonstore forgot to include one of the items. They sent me an email to explain what happened and refunded me the amount, but I am now without the specific item that I wanted without paying a large international shipping cost to buy it again. It's a human mistake and understandable, but I have to find out another option to purchase the $15 item without paying twice it's cost for international shipping on a separate order. I wish they would have just sent a 2nd package with the item I purchased.

That is fair. Unfortunately we noticed that one item had fallen behind the packing table after the package was shipped. As you said, it was a 10 euro item, and shipping to the USA is indeed 40 euro. This is in fact the real cost, so sending a 2nd package is economically unprofitable. It would in fact take away more than the whole profit on your order. That is why we decided to refund the item instead of shipping a 2nd package. Please accept our apologies again, for the human error.

Excellent Internet shop
I was very happy with the store. These review sites are a bit annoying sort of parasites. It is often complicated to write a review and you have to register and god knows what else. Puts people who had a good shopping experience off writing a review. The Internet shop is top notch.
