Super basic, don't get tied in

Capbase is handy for super early-stage companies trying to incorporate and issue shares on the cheap. But the lack of functionality starts to become apparent pretty quickly and once you want to do anything even mildly complex the options are basically nil. Want to amend your articles? That's hard/expensive. Want to alter details of an investor? You'll need someone in Capbase to handle that for you. It's just all a bit Fisher-Price.
