I worked with Capermint for over a year…

I worked with Capermint for over a year and a half and it was a struggle. This review is long overdue. Fist six months working with them, they were late delivering the project. At nine months mark they requested 3 months for bug fixes. At 12 months they completely messed up my game concept design which was all written out for them. Chess with hero skins, and emojis. During the 12 months, the characters I had made for them and textured ahead of time were coming in game with black smudges which constantly needed to get fixed. The heroes were supposed to be individual but they made all of the groups in packs, so I had to wait and pay to get that error fixed. Same thing for the emoji's, they were all in packs when they were all supposed to be individual. Every update they did, they said that they fixed all the errors everything was fixed, but when I did the QA, nothing was done or checked. Next the payment went all to management when working with this type of company, you got to pay the billing sales guy, then the manager, then the business manager, and the president of the company before any of that money trickles down to the actual devs who are working on it. Over all the project was simple, mismanaged, and I personally could have done it better myself. Also working with them when paying 4k a month, you only get to meet once or twice a month and limited to the time you spending. If you nee game dev, do not go here. Not all was bad since they did get the core project out, but time consuming, and lack of management and QA. Now looking over the project, I have to now personally have to go in and fix everything, and make changes. Waste of money and time especially when we could have developed a project that would have been prosperous to us all. Sad.
