I’ve ordered two caps last month, never arrived
I’ve ordered two caps last month, one at the 15th and another one at the 16th of June.
None of them arrived until yet!
They use Fastway as a courier which I didn’t know before, if I knew I wouldn’t have placed an order.
However, waiting time is too long,over three weeks and still nothing in my hands.
Also they should make clear on their website that they are located in Spain, not in Ireland.
Tracking on Fastways website is telling me the same everyday (staged for next day delivery with changing dates every day and the other parcel is not moving since more than a week).
The caphunters support only told me to wait for updates, but they never come.
Very bad experience with two not really great companies!
Update: almost 6 weeks now and still got nothing!
