Ordered what was supposed to be a magnetic case for my new phone. The case I got was pure plastic.
After contacting Capida I was offered to get a new case, in which they had tested to be a functioning magnetic one. It has passed 3 weeks since I haven't got a new item nor money back. They just disappeared.
They claim that an order takes 1-3 business days to be delivered. However, it takes 10-15 days, and no matter how often you call or send them emails, they won't answer you.
