The worst courier service in the Highlands and you can't get a hold of anyone to find out where your delivery of collections are this guys a pure cowboy outfit

Disgusting ignorant arogant rude driver. All he did was ring the bell dump the consignment at the door and sit in the van. NOTHING personal at all could not even be bothered to hand it to a lady. I called out to him and told him this is such an ignorant impolite way of delivering a consignment, with this he shouted at his window at me, quote" I am still here aren't I, what is your problem" end quote. How is this a service? I would AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT sorry excuse for a courier service.

Deliver late (like >1 week), if at all. Frequently deliver to entirely the wrong address, often many miles away. Avoid if you possibly can. Unfortunately they are sub-contractors for Evri in the North Highlands.

The Capital Carriers website is very encouraging and professional looking. They have 48 staff and a fleet of vans, apparently. They invite you to contact them by phone, but all there is is a message saying contact them by email. This eventually gets a reply. I was told my parcel couldn't be delivered until the next day as the fleet of vans weren't in my area. The actual depot is run down looking, but inside is a considerable amount of stuff waiting to be delivered. They are subcontractors for Evri apparently, which speaks volumes. I was never informed about them acting as forwarders for DX either. When I went round to collect my parcel directly, the receptionist was pleasant. But why is it so hard to communicate with them? I don't feel that my parcel would have been delivered next day!! There were piles and piles of stuff waiting to be delivered.
