Be careful – account blocked without clear reason
Be very careful when using Capital.com. My account was suddenly blocked without any clear explanation. They claimed I violated internal policies, but never specified what exactly I did wrong.
I lost access to my account immediately, and all my open positions were closed without proper notice. When real money is involved, this kind of lack of transparency is unacceptable.
Customer support did not provide a clear answer, which made the situation even worse. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this platform.
I strongly recommend others to think twice before depositing money here.

they took my deposit but not paid my gains
they took my deposit fine, when i wanted to withdraw my gains they say your bank must be in the same country of residence and you cant withdraw to card more then the amount deposited, they take your money but not give you your gains this is theft, and the support did nothing then ignored me alltogether, after speaking with support by phone they accepted to review my foreign bank account to withdraw my profits, the person i spoke with mohamed was good and understanding and gave real solutions
