Clear and pleasant customer service

reason: the staff get forced to ask many times for proof of address or for proof of passport or other stupid things they know already since years.
on the top of that bullshit - capital.com always blackmails their not valued customer - if y do not do that and that you get blocked.
that's why i found an alternative meanwhile because i hate this behavior soo much.
your should replace the top mgmt by engaging in smart people.

It was good at the beggining but then…
It was good at the beggining but then they started to charge night fees for transactions even with 1:1 leverage.
They removed that and it was great
but now everytime I try to withdraw, there is an error message.
So easy to deposit but hard to withdraw, looks like kind of a scam

I can no longer log into my account on…
I can no longer log into my account on my two computers, which I use regularly for Capital.com. It also did not work on my mobile phone as long as it was connected to Wi-Fi.
However, I am able to log in on my son's computer, which uses the same Wi-Fi network.
Neither resetting the devices, clearing cookies/temp files, nor switching to a different browser has helped.
The fact that all three devices fail at exactly the same time, while others connected to the same network are working, is more than unlikely. Please check the settings on your end.
No help, even the Bot is too busy.

The app is easy to use and very intuitive. The sign-up procedure is straightforward. Unfortunately, I didn't send the correct proof of address. I contacted their support team, who are easy to talk to and can't do enough for you, and sorted it within a few hours. I added my first trade today, hopefully the first of many. Highly recommend.

Broker is releasing and closing trades very fast and overnight fees are quite cheap.
Spreads get higher very fast if volatility increases and in normal market circumstances, the spreads are ok.
I would like to criticise the delays of set alarms, sometimes it takes a few minutes till they reach me as a SMS or an e-mail on the phone.
