I bought 4 tires on sale on line

I bought 4 tires on sale on line. They said they could only get 3 so I looked for the 4th somewhere else. The site said free shipping and I paid for three tires. They called back to say I owed another 42 dollars for shipping 2 days later. I told them I already paid and it was free shipping and they told me other people want my tires and will pay more. Bit of a scam. Not a good first experience with Capital Autoparts out of Ottawa, Ontario, Canads
