The service was excellent. I ordered a set of chairs which upon arrival didn't suit my decor. They were collected for return promptly. I ordered another set which were more suited. The style and quality is so good. I recieved a refund for my returns promptly. Very Happy overall.

Absolutely beautiful chairs
Absolutely Beautiful chairs, amazing quality and the best customer service I have ever known.
Had one very slight scuff mark on seat of chair one of the four chairs I ordered and it was replaced that sane day , new one turned up two days later and I was told I can keep the other chair as a spare.
So will absolutely be recommending and shopping here in the future.

Absolute quality product
Absolute quality product, fantastic service (including tel discussion) delivery ahead of forecast dates, in fact caught us out as we had not made space. Packaging strong, easy to fit legs although leave a couple of hours, all good quality including the screws and tools to do the job, very happy customers. Very highly recommended. ( 6 x dining chairs )

Customer service and delivery
I placed the order for 6 dining room chairs during the night. Early the following morning I received a phone call with regards to delivery of the chairs.
They we're delivered the morning after the telephone call, by two delivery men and earlier than expected.
I would definitely use capital again.
The quality of the chairs are very good quality and very comfortable.

Absolutely love our new dinning table…
Absolutely love our new dinning table bench.
Ordered and came within 3 days, delivery men texted and called before.
I opened box and put together in approx 35 minutes.
Everybody that has seen it, loves it.
Recently Easter meal had 10 around table and three of us on bench and it was very comfortable indeed.
The whole process was perfect and I will use Capital dinning chairs and upholstery again.

it online.I rang the company to pay for it over the phone.The person I spoke to was helpful and told me to expect the chair in next 3 days.The chair arrive partly assembled and was so easily put together.The colour exactly matched my new decor.It is comfortable and great for posture.

We absolutely love our chairs!
We absolutely love our chairs. However, did have to chase Capital for an update on the delivery of our chairs and when they did arrive, we were not notified prior that they were being delivered, luckily, I was working from home the day they arrived. Also the thread on one of the screws for the chairs was poor quality but my husband managed to find a screw in his tool box that was sufficient enough to replace it.

Good stools but some off workmanship
Good stools in general but the female socket that takes the leg screw was not put in straight on 2 legs.
This has meant that the legs are at a slight angle(annoying defect)
