Order cancelled

Ordered a footjoy shirt waited for a week then suddenly got an email saying I had cancelled the order and they will refund me! I never cancelled it, have emailed, got no reply! Poor customer service.

Disgusting company avoid at all costs

Disgusting company avoid at all costs! I sent back two pairs of trousers as they did not fit my partner. They were sent in time 22nd of June. I’ve sent numerous emails that were not answered! I finally got hold of someone but now being ignored! I have proof of purchase and proof are return and that it got to the correct address on the 28th of June! This was signed for. Which I have proof. Disgusting service.

After reading all the reviews just letting people know what they are doing is illegal. There are many companies that will support you and resolve this issues. If it’s a regular occurrence they will actually stop them trading! Please don’t just give up people

Really poor customer service.

Really poor customer service.
I purchased some shorts for my husband which were too big. I was told they would only exchange or offer a credit note. Reckon this is against my consumers rights but anyway.... To rub it in, the really unhelpful shop assistant told me that if I knew anything about golf, I'd know its not hard to spend £45!
After trying to shop their sale which consisted of £1 off only I decided to visit the shop to try on some shoes. Got the same arrogant shop assistant who clearly hates his job.... As you can imagine I still have my credit note!

Week ago nothing heard apart from an initial email confirming my order then nothing; no reply to my emails
Suggest you buy off another more reliable seller
Update : received a totally useless reply to my Email: I just simply would like to know when I might receive the putter I paid for 8 days ago
Update: no contact have opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back

Sent the wrong item then ignored me

The wrong Motocaddy trolley travel cover was sent. I ordered the 2021 version but they sent the 2018 version which was not the one I wanted. I know there are two covers but only one of them is correct for a trolley with the wheels reversed. I have to reverse the wheels to get the trolley in my car so I ordered the 2021 cover. I was very careful to select the cover I wanted but now they are trying to tell me the 2018 cover will do, THATS NOT THE ONE I WANT PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER. The image on the order confirmation showed the correct cover. I’ve contacted customer service who responded saying that it was correct and have ignored me ever since. It’s clear that this company doesn’t give a hoot about the customer as long as they get your money and don’t want you bothering them.
Wish I’d read their Trustpilot reviews before ordering, avoid this company

The cover is the current version - i.e. it fits M-SERIES models from 2018 - 2021 as stated in our email to you on the 28/05/202. This is also shown on the motocaddy website (https://www.motocaddy.com/uk/2018-m-series-travel-coveroff "The latest travel cover design allows all M-Series models (including M7 REMOTE) to be stored".) If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it via the instructions emailed to you.

Don’t trust a word they say below as the have never sent the socks back out at all the don’t reply to emails either there are plenty of good golf shops but this is not
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AS THEY ALSO LIE KEEP CLEAR

The worst customer service I've ever…

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Bought some Nike shoes paying full RRP £150. Same day I noticed they were £120 on their website. Sam from customer service (afternoons only) offered a credit for the difference. After 2 months chasing with phone calls and emails I'm now being ignored. What a waste losing a new customer for £30.
This joke of a place is either a front for washing money or run by some trust fund Henries who don't need the money. Either way they don't care about customers or actually providing a service.

What a shambles of an organisation

What a shambles of an organisation. A company that have happily taken almost £900.00 of my money and not delivered the golf trolley that was ordered on the 26th April. Phone calls refer you to a live chat which in turn gives you the same response as emails, stating they'll respond within 48 hours. Don't be surprised if no response is received, it's a little like getting the goods you've ordered.
Just an acknowledgement if the goods were delayed or out of stock would have been sufficient but to completely disregard a customer and not update them is unacceptable.

I have purchased a pair of golf shoes…

I have purchased a pair of golf shoes that I have worn 6 times, I have emailed customer support on their website over 5 times. Nobody responds, nobody helps and without a pair of golf shoes! I do not pay £160 for Adidas golf shoes that fall apart after 6 times out. You try and telephone someone but nobody answers ! Rubbish company! Buy elsewhere because you have no support from them!

Never shop here

Bought through this store twice, both times had poor experiences with sloppy disinterested customer service.

The first, a few years ago, involved a pair of adidas golf shoes that wore through to the heel within 6 months - unfortunately adidas make you go through the retailer for warranty issues, and they were really unprofessional, painfully slow and sloppy over it. Took the whole golf season to get them replaced.

Used them again recently for an item I could not find anywhere else and thought i’d take the risk - the size was wrong, and despite apparently doing exchanges, they just don’t reply to emails.

So many good golf retailers - no reason to shop here!

On this purchase poor in my opinion. Both item was in stock when ordered and pain for them one was cancelled due to being out of stock no contact from supplier just part order sent which as was bought as a "2"very poor Communication in my opinion

Being ignored!!

Ordered an item, which is pre order. No date available stating when this item will be dispatched. Have emailed multiple times and then tried to call store which is shut due to Covid. Who is managing the emails? Disgusting service. If no reply in a week I shall be contacting trading standards.
