Ordered and was delivered within 2 days would have been 1 day but I missed the 12:00 cut off item is perfect and packaged really well highly recommend will definitely be ordering again

Delivered the next day and packaged perfectly, I am a very happy customer and think this hair supplier is going to be one of my beauty secrets!
I ordered a number of items a week ago.
When the transaction was confirmed it stated that I would receive delivery in 2 days.
A week later I still hadn’t received my order nor had I received any emails or updates regarding the delay.
I had to phone them to find out that they were out of stock and they couldn’t understand how they had missed that.
I also contacted Capital hair and beauty a number of months ago regarding purchasing 2 barber chairs & asked if I could view them before I bought them.
I was told that I could look and sit on the exact model I wanted in their showroom on the Nangar Road in Dublin. Which is a two hour drive from where I live.
A couple of weeks later I drove to the showroom to be told that they didn’t have one & never had that model on display.
I was told they would try and get a display model & that I would take up to six weeks.
That was four months ago and I haven’t heard anything since.
Dispatched on the second working day and delivered the next day (on a Saturday). Very impressive service. Products were exactly what I ordered, packaging was secure.
