Very positive experience with Capitol Hire
Very positive, professional and helpful people. I had issues with the app, they helped me with everything from uploading documents to start using the app. They give me a good decent car , helped with maintenance and service when needed.

My only issue would be at the prices we (pco drivers) pay a don’t think there should be mileage cap.

Honest car hire company …
I have rented a car from Capital Hire a couple of days back and was served by Mr Shamim who is extremely helpful, understanding, sympathetic and a good listener, ready to answer questions and explain things if need be.
I've dealt with a couple of other car hire companies who were a total rip off, unsupportive, non cooperative and outright thieves to say the least. I'm glad to have rented from capital Hire, and did not feel the tension I felt with the other two companies. Unfortunately there are only five stars that I can give them, but I'd like to give them 10 stars.

I've found Capital Hire Management a very professional and well established vehicle rental company. It is located at the heart of Harrow Wealdstone with variety of choices and brand new vehicles. Staff have been very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend using this company whether it is for pleasure or business.

All documents had been issued on time and staff help you to upload documents to Uber & Bolt app .
