False promises have been made to me from day 1 and not a single thing has been done on my case. I was promised heavens and earth by [Name], but since taking payment from me- absolutely zero has been done! I will be reporting to the OISC for a full refund

I did visit visa for my mom from netherland to visit my family in uk. It was very quick. Capital visa is very good servis :)

Very lovely staff, I extended my student visa from capital visas and will definitely go back to them for my work permit in 2015. So I am also giving you 5 stars!! 😊

The worst decision we ever made was to use Capital Visas. Our first caseworker never returned calls and then left suddenly and all the documents we had scanned and emailed to him were lost. We were given incorrect and conflicting advice by the case workers. It took them 6 attempts to get the online application form right - they kept sending us old versions that we had previously amended. My husband turned up at his first interview with a TB certificate that was not correct. The regulations had changed several months before and all the caseworker could say was "that's amazing". Capital Visas had also supplied my husband with the wrong form, an application to get married instead of one for people that are already married. At least 3 different people at Capital Visas had looked at the TB certificate beforehand and I had been assured that everythign had been properly reviewed. My husband's visa was not surprisingly refused due to a minor issue that could have been put right if Capital Visas had only done their job in the first place had they properly reviewed all the information we had given them several times. Capital Visas apologise but never accept any responsibility even for their staff giving incorrect information and they will not give us a refund. They will never give you the name of any of their directors if you have a complaint.

The reason i gave 5 stars was because Ive done previous applications with other companies and they tended to be slow in getting the process finished.

I did a business visit and it only took 2 days from start to finish.

I run a small company and for me i needed to have someone come over quickly to get things moving in my company as i couldnt afford any delays.

The guys were really quick.

Capital Visas were very good at helping me get my Marriage visit visa.

They did a good package for me and was overall pleased with the service. I had a case worker who was fluent in Russian which was excellent as she was able to speak to my partner in her native tongue.

i actually got a good service from them with working holiday visa for australia.

I was extremely happy with Capital Visas. I would definitely recommend to my friends for the future.

I say ask for Daniel Raynor as your caseworker as he is very efficient and good.

I wanted to get indefinite leave to remain for my family which was 4 applications and i got them all complete applications from capital visas. they also gave me 15% discount which was about £200 they were very useful thank you
